Workspaces and your team

Personal and team workspaces, invitations, roles and access to agents.

Everything you create belongs to a workspace, not directly to a person. It works the same whether you are alone or with a team.

Two kinds of workspace

  • A personal workspace is created automatically when you sign up. It is just you, with no invitations, and it cannot be deleted apart from the account.
  • A team workspace can be created by anyone, who becomes its owner. Other people are invited by email. The number of team workspaces one person can own is limited.

You switch between workspaces in the workspaces menu. Agents, tasks, schedules and credits are separate in each one.

Inviting people

  1. Open the workspace and go to Members.
  2. Enter the person's email and choose a role.
  3. They get an email with a link, accept it and join the workspace.

How many members you can have depends on your plan.

Roles

RoleWhat they can do
MemberChat with agents, create tasks, create agents and edit their own, connect their own environments.
AdminEverything a member can, plus edit any agent, manage connectors, invite and remove members, see the credit balance and usage, and change the workspace profile.
OwnerEverything an admin can, plus buy and change the plan, transfer ownership and delete the workspace. There is exactly one owner.

Access to agents

Everyone in the workspace sees an agent, but what they can do with it is set per agent on the member permissions screen: no access, use or edit. You can add an exception for one person and choose whether members see each other's conversations.

When someone is removed

Their agents stay in the workspace, and their conversations and tasks are kept, but only the author sees them, and the author no longer has access. Environments they shared with the workspace are disconnected.
